FORMATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION FOR FOREIGN ECONOMIC PROCESSES OF KYRGYZSTAN

The article analyzes the formation of human resources in the context of the digitalization of logistics and foreign trade infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan. The author presents indicators of e-commerce market growth and identifies the main challenges in the implementation of digital technologies, such as a shortage of qualified personnel and limited system integration.
Particular attention is paid to practical recommendations for training specialists capable of working with international standards (e-CMR, e-TIR) and the national platform “Smart Customs.” The paper substantiates that the modernization of educational programs and the creation of an innovative environment for personnel are critical factors in improving the efficiency of foreign economic processes.
The forecast presented up to 2030 confirms that the synergy of modern IT solutions and the development of human capital will ensure sustainable economic growth and successful integration of Kyrgyzstan into the global trading system.
