DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION AND THE FORMATION OF A GRADUATE MODEL IN THE CONTEXT OF DISTANCE LEARNING

The article examines the processes of digital transformation of the education system and their impact on the formation of a modern graduate model in the context of distance learning. Changes in the content, forms, and technologies of the educational process обусловленные by the development of the digital environment and the transition to online interaction formats are considered. The advantages and limitations of distance learning are analyzed, including issues related to internet connectivity quality, digital inequality, pedagogical support, and learning outcome assessment. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of competency requirements for graduates, as well as the development of digital skills, independence, and adaptability within the digital economy. The study concludes that comprehensive modernization of educational policy, infrastructure, and human resources is necessary to ensure high-quality training of competitive specialists.
