Abstract

This work studies the existence of a solution to a nonlocal boundary value problem
involving the generalized M. Saigo operator for a diffusion equation with the Hilfer derivative
and a degenerate hyperbolic equation in a bounded domain. The problem is reduced to an
ordinary fractional differential equation with the Riemann–Liouville operator.
