ECOLOGICAL SPORTS AND TOURISM: THE BALANCE BETWEEN ACTIVITY AND NATURE

This article examines the balance between eco-sports and tourism, as well as their impact on the environment and sustainable development. The aim of the study was to assess how eco-sports and tourism activities can contribute to the protection of nature and the development of local communities. The results showed that eco-tourism and sports, when observing environmental standards, help to reduce the negative impact on nature, form an ecological culture and economic development of regions. The need for careful planning and regulation of tourist flows to prevent the degradation of natural ecosystems is identified. In conclusion, recommendations are given for the implementation of sustainable practices that can ensure a balance between the active use of natural resources and their conservation.
