Relevance. Youth is currently a strategic resource for the development of the state; it has enormous socio-economic, cultural, creative and scientific potential. The development of an effective state youth policy includes not only political science, but also jurisprudence, sociology, psychology, pedagogy, and historical education. In this work, taking into account the characteristics of youth as a social group, we would like to focus on the formation and development of youth policy.
